- Guarantee Policy: Reservations must be guaranteed with credit card at time of booking. Room will be held until 12 midnight on the day of arrival (hotel local time).
- Cancel Policy: Any cancellation or amendment to a reservation should be received by 14:00hrs, hotel local time, 7 days before the arrival date, to avoid a penalty charge. Otherwise, a fee equivalent to the rate for the first night of the stay will be due.
