Daily Rewards

Open to all Hoiana Rewards members (excluding Lifestyle members).

- Start date & time: January 1, 2026, at 6:00AM

- End date & time: April 1, 2026, at 5:59AM

Note: The last eligible Gaming Date for this promotion is March 31, 2026.

Simply insert your Membership Card into any Slot Machine or present it at Table Games to earn points during play.

After you reach the necessary point levels, you can redeem special daily rewards. Among the rewards are:

Note: Each reward will be redeemed ONCE per day per member.

- Members must meet the daily point earn requirement to claim rewards. Daily earnings are from 6:00AM to 5:59AM the next day (hereby call “Gaming Date”).

- Upon reaching the point requirement, members must redeem rewards on the same gaming day the points are earned.

- Each entitlement will be redeemed ONCE per day per member.

- Redemption period is only valid on the day of issuance and the following day, NO later than 11:59PM the next day.

- Members can proceed to the Membership & Guest Service Counter and provide their membership cards for verification and reward issuance or visit the Kiosks to self-issue the prizes.

- Eligible members must select ONE type of Gaming Credits to redeem (Slots Bonus Credit or Promotion Chip).

- The utilization of Promotion Chips and Slots Bonus Credits is 30 days from the issued day.

- The utilization of Mot Hai Bar Drinking Voucher is 14 days from the issued day.

- The utilization of accommodation rewards is 60 days from the issued day.

- Any unredeemed reward(s) after the reward(s) redemption deadline will be forfeited and the member shall have no further rights to claim it thereafter.

• The Promotion is open to all Hoiana Rewards Card members (Excludes Lifestyle Members).
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-cashable. Hoiana reserves the right to substitute the rewards for other rewards of similar value.
• Accomodation Rewards are available for qualified Patrons only, will not be extended to family and friends unless they are qualified Patrons.
• To book Accomodation Rewards, Eligible members must contact Centralized Reservation’s hotline: 0235 858 8888 or inform your host.
• Members shall examine the rewards at the point of issuance. Thereafter, Hoiana Casino shall not be held liable for any subsequent claims of defective rewards and there will be no replacement for lost or stolen prizes.
• Hoiana Casino shall have the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions, withdraw or discontinue the Promotion and / or change the time of the Promotion at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes arising out of this Promotion will be subject to the final decision of Hoiana Casino and no correspondence will be entertained.
• By participating in the Promotion, the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms and conditions that Hoiana Casino may issue from time to time.
• In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions with any other form of publicity collateral relating to the promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
• In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and the other versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
• Any other T&Cs that are not specific will require exceptional approval from the management.
• Player will not be eligible to participate in Daily Rewards promotion during an active Premium Mass Program trip.
