11. Any unredeemed reward(s) after the stated period will be forfeited and the member shall have no further right to claim it thereafter.

To activate and use your Slots Bonus Credits:

4. What happens if my reward is lost, stolen, or defective?

Members should check the rewards at the point of issuance

• Hoiana will not replace lost or stolen rewards
• In case of defective rewards, Hoiana reserves the right to substitute them with items of similar value, but only at the time of issuance.
